organiser, shepherd....discipler even! Actually I think I saw somebody else use the term &#039;shepherd&#039; somewhere, can&#039;t claim I came up with the term myself! But I quite like it too!

		<description>I love that concept-shepherding. I have typically called it community organizer, but shepherd is so much more on target. The goal of the community is to eventually help many participants become shepherds, just like the goal of a good leader should be to emulate himself among his followers so that if something happens to him/her, the mission will still move forward.
