		<description>Most people think that writing is easy. When I worked on an IBM writing team I was constantly amazed at the number of people who thought they could do my job (ie write). But there is an economy with all things ... take a look at the advertising industry where writing is a core creative output. The value of words and their expression is dictated by a whole range of subjective measures -- but too few of us impose standards on our own work. There should be more of it ;)</description>
